¶ Rules
This wiki is strictly meant to relate to Poly Haven and the workflows used to create 3D assets we publish.
We track every edit of the wiki, so don't do anything silly
¶ New Pages
- Always use the Markdown Editor, this helps us copy formatting easily and if we ever decide to migrate to a different wiki system, we can do so easily.
- Look at other similar pages as a reference for formatting.
- When writing multiple pages, try to keep things organized logically in sub-folders if necessary to allow easier navigation.
If you think your page should be linked in the navigation sidebar, just reach out to us on Discord.
¶ Existing Pages
Feel free to make any minor changes to improve readibility, formatting, spelling, grammer, etc - or to clarify information.
- If you want to remove large chunks of information, maybe check with us on Discord first.
- Links to pages within the wiki should be in the form
[text](/link/to/page)and not[text](https://docs.polyhaven.com/en/link/to/page)
¶ Images
Please upload images directly to this site using the "Insert assets" button in the left sidebar of the editor, and select the images subfolder before upload.
Do not use any external image hosts as we don't know if those images will remain there forever.
